From 6th to 10th of November, IMR organized the first NIBS school in Belgrade. 

The school drew around 40 keen participants of different educational backgrounds from Serbia and neighboring countries to engage in a multifaceted learning experience. Mornings were filled with insightful lectures by Saša Filipović, Jovana Bjekić, Marko Živanović, explaining the basic principles of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Transcranial Electrical Stimulation (tES), their diverse applications, as well as methodological and safety considerations in NIBS studies. 

Afternoons offered hands-on sessions, enabling practical learning about TMS and tES across various setups.  

The program’s conclusion featured a career advancement segment, catering to those aiming for professional growth in the NIBS field. Also, on the first day, guests from mBrainTrain company provided valuable insights into their mobile EEG products, demonstrating their functionalities, and showing how cooperation with industry can lead to scientifical advances in neuroscience field.
