To ensure all bootcamp projects and ESR groups are on track to achieve their goals, the consortium organized a mid-project Bootcamp keep–on–track meeting in which the Bootcamp leads presented the progress of their groups, talked about new skills and knowledge generated through the collaborative work and discussed challenges and possible ways to address them. This transparent exchange allowed all participants to gain insights into the various approaches and strategies employed by different groups, fostering a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement.
