From May 22 to 26, CiMeC organized Non-Invasive Brain Stimulation (NIBS) course for early-stage researchers (ESRs) focusing on basic mechanisms and applications of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and transcranial electric stimulation (tES).

ESRs had an opportunity to attend theoretical lectures, as well as to participate in practical hands-on activities. In addition, ESRs had an opportunity to present and discuss their own research project and get invaluable feedback from senior CiMeC researchers on their work.

This workshop gave TWINNIBS ESRs a chance to have a dedicated mentoring with Carlo Miniussi, Luigi Cattaneo, and Elena Tonolli, which aimed to enhance their competencies for conducting research with transcranial brain stimulation techniques.
