On 29th and 30th of November 2024, the charming town of Rovereto played host to the highly anticipated Transcranial Brain Stimulation in Cognitive Neuroscience Workshop, bringing together researchers, scholars, and professionals from around the world. The event provided an incredible platform for exploring the latest advancements in the application of brain stimulation techniques in cognitive neuroscience. 

The workshop featured a series of insightful lectures and discussions led by renowned experts in the field.  A highlight of the workshop was the poster session. IMR ESRs presented the latest results from their PhD theses – focusing on the application of tES techniques to modulate associative memory, inhibitory control, and gambling related decision making. We are thrilled to share that an ESR from the TWINNIBS IMR team Dunja Paunovic was among the winners of the best poster award, recognized for their exceptional research and presentation.
