From 21st to 23rd of September, TWINNIBS researchers attended the 7th BrainBox initiative conference. This conference represented a unique opportunity for Early-Stage Researchers Dunja Paunovic and Marija Stankovic to share the latest results from their PhD projects. Dunja Paunovic discussed the results from her study that combines Transcranial Electrical Stimulation (TES), EEG, and behavioral measures to capture TES modulation potential for the associative memory performance. Marija Stankovic talked about the possibility to use TES to modulate gambling behaviors and presented the results from the recently published systematic review followed by an overview of the planned study protocol on this topic.

Apart from that, BrainBox conference was packed with insightful lectures and presentations from keynote speakers, which allowed attendees to be a part of fruitful discussions with leading experts in the exciting field of brain stimulation.
